Ingredients

   1 lb chicken livers split
    2 shallots minced
    3 cloves garlic minced
    2 roma tomatoes, diced
    1/4 cup white wine
    1/8 cup brandy
    juice of 1/4 lemon
    1 Tbl cracked black pepper
    salt to taste
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup cream

Putting it Together

Heat frying pan until smoking hotttt!!!
Add lots of oil.
Add livers and cook until nice and brown.
Add garlic, shallots, tomato, salt and pepper.
Saute for 1 minute.
Add brandy, wine, and lemon. (Reduce).
Add water and whipping cream. (Reduce & serve).
